Sports massage and soft tissue care
We offer many different types of soft tissue treatments tailored specifically to release muscle tension, support good posture and reduce pain. You do not need to play sport to benefit.
Do I need to play sport to have a sports massage?
It is a common misconception that you need to be a sports person or play sports to benefit from sports massage; this is not the case. Many types of muscle tension can be eased with sports massage.
Sports massage and soft tissue massage help relax tense muscles, reducing muscle stiffness and promoting a greater range of motion. The joints of your spine are treated with chiropractic adjustments, the surrounding muscles and soft tissues with massage, and long-term strength with focused rehabilitative exercises.
