Your consultation is two appointments: an examination first, then a report of findings with your diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
What happens at the first visit?

Full medical history
We take the time to understand your current health, past injuries, and lifestyle factors.

Chiropractic and postural examination
Physical checks of movement, alignment, joint function and nerve responses.
- 03
Digital X-rays
Taken if clinically required and included in the consultation fee. Not taken during pregnancy.
- 04
Report of findings
At your second appointment: your diagnosis and treatment recommendations. There are no adjustments on your first visit.
What should I bring?
- Any recent X-ray, CT or MRI reports
- A list of any medicines you take
- Details of any pre-existing medical conditions
- Clothing that allows you to move freely and is not restrictive
- A friend or relative, if you would like support
Worried about the click?
You may hear clicking and popping sounds during treatment. These are normal and nothing to be concerned about, but if you have worries, please speak to your chiropractor on the day.
Common questions
The initial consultation takes about 40 minutes, followed by a report of findings visit.
