Booking requests
Submitting a booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm all bookings by phone.
Cancellations
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations by phone during our normal office hours or voicemail. We do not accept cancellations via email, text or social media. The full fee for missed appointments applies, except for appointments rescheduled by phone up to the close of business the day before, or in the app up to midnight the day before.
Refunds
Any unused client credit over 24 months will be removed from the account and no longer be refundable or usable.
