What information do we collect?

We collect the personal and health information needed to provide care: your name, contact details, date of birth, health history, X-ray images and clinical notes.

When you use this website we collect the details you enter in a form, and basic analytics such as the page you came from and advertising click identifiers.

How do we use it?

To provide and plan your care, confirm and remind you of appointments, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your information.

Who do we share it with?

Only with people involved in your care, such as your GP or a hospital when we refer you, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Contact the clinic in writing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
