After your adjustment
It is quite normal to experience some aches, pains and stiffness after treatment. These side effects are usually mild and last for only a few days. Keep up your exercises and tell your chiropractor how you felt at your next visit.
Common questions
It is gas releasing from the fluid inside the joint. It is harmless, and an adjustment can still work without it.
